Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


For a possible return, the item must be in the unused condition in which you received it. It should also be in its original packaging and retain all attached labels. The item must be returned in its original, unaltered condition.


Certain categories of goods cannot be returned or exchanged. Items such as hats, caps, socks and boxer shorts cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Other items that cannot be returned:

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer if:

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts that are not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please note that all processes related to defective items, exchanges and returns are handled exclusively through our returns portal. You can access this portal here: Niterun Return Portal.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.

You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item for more than €75, you should use a trackable shipping service provider or take out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
